1. Acceptance
By using agentreadyindex.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
AgentReady provides agent-readiness scoring for publicly accessible domains. Scores are based on automated crawls and LLM-assisted analysis. They are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of performance in any AI system.
3. Free Score Submissions
You may submit any domain you own or are authorised to submit. By submitting a domain you confirm you have the right to do so. We may decline to score domains at our discretion. Scores for submitted domains may be included in the public index.
4. Paid Services
Paid audits and monitoring subscriptions are subject to separate agreements confirmed at time of purchase. Refunds are offered at our discretion within 14 days of delivery if the deliverable materially fails to match the described scope.
5. Accuracy
Scores are based on automated analysis and may not reflect all aspects of a site's agent-readiness. We make no warranty that scores are complete or error-free. Scores are a guide, not a definitive assessment.
6. Intellectual Property
The AgentReady scoring methodology, reports, and site content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or resell them without written permission. Score data for your own domain may be used freely in your own materials with attribution.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentReady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
